TikiTail Increase Table And Event Bookings Alongside Online Food Orders By Going Digital

 

 

TikiTail London has risen to fame when it started off at Tooting’s buzzling market, offering delicious Cocktail’s, Limbo Dancing nights, live music and Hawaiian delicatesses. It’s no surprise that it became so famous, when you get to know the founding couple, Kam and Nakia. Full of energy, true entrepreneurs at heart, simply amazing people.

Without a web presence, they were reliant on Google My Business, word-by-mouth and people passing by the bar. Whilst these were already well-functioning channels, the lack of being able to communicate more in depth with their customers, was creating an obstacle. The Convert Commerce team has created a simple website for TikiTail, allowing them to share their story, menu and events with anyone who tried to look them up online and provide guests with the option to book a table.

We used Wix to create the website, as it is easy to use and manage by the owners themselves after the initial setup and offers a wide range of add-on services, which can be enabled through one-click. Alongside the website launch, TikiTail moved to a bigger space in Balham, offering now a true Hawaiian restaurant and cocktail bar experience. From lunch to evening delicious Poke Bowls are being served, whilst after dinner the bar downstairs invites for after party cocktails and limbo dancing. The venue can also be hired for private functions. With this change in environment, new services could be offered and the website was easily adapted to allow event venue hire and online take-away food ordering.
