When you buy an assessment you contract with Convert Commerce Limited, company number 12026205, registered in England and Wales, trading as Convert Commerce, registered office London, United Kingdom. You can reach us at info@convertcommerce.com.

Instant Scan. You receive assessment score out of 100, top findings and gaps, ecosystem opportunities, public signals only. The analysis is produced by automated systems. There is no human review step before it reaches you.

Base Assessment. You receive assessment score out of 100, top findings and gaps, ecosystem opportunities, public signals only, score recalibrated with your data, your rank within your segment of the survey, opportunity sized in pounds, full findings across all seven dimensions, named partner targets for your stack, a prioritised 90-day roadmap, a board-ready one-page summary. Advanced Assessment. You receive assessment score out of 100, top findings and gaps, ecosystem opportunities, public signals only, score recalibrated with your data, your rank within your segment of the survey, opportunity sized in pounds, full findings across all seven dimensions, named partner targets for your stack, a prioritised 90-day roadmap, a board-ready one-page summary, deeper analysis across every dimension, your partner targets researched and ranked, a fuller commercial case behind the sizing, every claim traced back to its evidence. Deep-Dive Assessment. You receive assessment score out of 100, top findings and gaps, ecosystem opportunities, public signals only, score recalibrated with your data, your rank within your segment of the survey, opportunity sized in pounds, full findings across all seven dimensions, named partner targets for your stack, a prioritised 90-day roadmap, a board-ready one-page summary, deeper analysis across every dimension, your partner targets researched and ranked, a fuller commercial case behind the sizing, every claim traced back to its evidence, six 45-minute stakeholder interviews, two 60-minute deep-dive sessions, full report and 90-day blueprint. The assessment is expert led, with a partnerships expert running the sessions and writing the conclusions.

All prices are shown exclusive of VAT or sales tax. The tax that applies to you is calculated at checkout based on your jurisdiction, and is shown before you pay.

Payment is taken in full before the assessment begins. We do not invoice in arrears for these products.

The survey opens immediately after payment. Your report follows once the survey is complete, within two to three hours.

If a report is delayed we contact you and tell you why. If we cannot deliver it at all, we refund you in full without you having to ask.

Where you are buying for your business, the statutory cancellation rights that protect consumers do not apply.

Where you are buying as a consumer, you have 14 days to change your mind and cancel. By starting the survey you are asking us to begin work straight away, and you accept that once your report has been produced the right to cancel is lost. If you cancel after work has started but before the report is produced, we refund you less a fair amount for the work already done.

If your report told you nothing you did not already know, tell us within 14 days of receiving it.

The conversation comes first. We arrange a call with a partnerships expert to go through the report with you, what you already knew and what you did not. If we agree that it told you nothing new, we refund the fee for that assessment in full.

One claim per company. The refund follows the conversation, so please book the call rather than simply asking for your money back.

A re-scan voucher is single use and gives 30 per cent off. It is valid for 100 days from the date it is issued.

It can be redeemed once, against the same tier, for the same company domain it was issued to. It is not transferable, has no cash value, and does not stack with a promotional price. Where a promotional price already saves you more, we charge the lower figure and leave your voucher unused.

Vouchers are issued only against a full-price purchase.

If you book a Deep-Dive Assessment within 60 days of receiving your report, the fee you paid for that assessment is credited in full against the Deep-Dive.

Your report is analysis and recommendations based on the answers you give us and on public information we retrieve.

It is not legal, financial or investment advice, and it is not a guarantee of any commercial outcome. Any decision you take on the strength of it remains yours.

We cite what we retrieved, we mark what we could not verify, and we tell you what we assumed.

If you find a factual error, tell us. We will correct it and reissue the report at no charge.

How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.

For the Advanced Assessment, the mutual non-disclosure agreement you accepted at checkout also applies, and a copy is sent to you with your report.

Our total liability to you in connection with an assessment is limited to the fees you paid for that assessment.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We update these terms from time to time. The version in force for your order is the one published when you bought, and the version you agreed to is recorded against your order.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
